Bains Sonalika Architect

We are located at House No.R-13, Phase-8B, in Sector-74 of Sas Nagar. Bains Sonalika Architect is the name we use for the office. It’s basically just a workspace where we draw and plan things out all day. The house is tucked away in Phase-8B, so it's not too loud outside which is good for thinking. We have tables covered in papers and drawings most of the time. It gets a bit messy, but that's how we work best. Being in Sas Nagar is nice because it’s easy to get around to different sites. We aren't a giant firm with a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. We spend a lot of hours here looking at blueprints and talking about buildings. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due soon. The lighting in R-13 is pretty good in the mornings for drawing. We just do the job and try to get things right for the clients. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking and measuring. Most people who come here are looking for some help with their house plans or renovations. We listen to what they want and try to draw it out. It’s practical work. Bains Sonalika Architect isn't some fancy brand name. It’s just us doing our jobs in Sector-74. We’ve been at this address for a long bit now. It works for us.
