Ancestry'S Kitchen Llp

We are based at House No.22 in the Akal Ashram Colony, which is in Sector 77 of Sas Nagar. Our kitchen isn't in a big commercial plaza; it’s more of a local setup. We spend our days preparing food that has a bit of a traditional feel to it. The name Ancestry’S Kitchen comes from the fact that we use recipes we’ve known for a long time. It isn't a high-tech facility. We have regular stoves and plenty of pots and pans. Sometimes the kitchen gets crowded when we have a lot of orders to fill. We have to be careful with the space we have. Working in Sector 77 is nice because it’s a good community. We don't do any big advertising. Mostly, we just cook and let the food be. There’s always the smell of spices in the air around House 22. We aren't trying to be a massive food chain. We just like cooking and making sure the food is ready on time. Some days are chaotic, especially when multiple things are cooking at once, but we've gotten used to the rhythm of it. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things simple. If you are in Sas Nagar, you might find us busy in the back. We try to stay focused on the cooking and not get distracted by other things.
