You have to head up to the first floor to find our little space here at Shop-1. We are located right on Haibatpur Road within Gulmohar City. It is a pretty busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone seems to be heading back home to Derabassi. The stairs leading up are a bit steep, so we always tell people to take their time coming up. We opened up here because it seemed like a practical, central place to be. The view from our main window is mostly just the road and a lot of traffic passing by. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the horns, but you honestly get used to it after a week or two of working here. We spend most of our mornings setting up the equipment trays and checking the daily schedule. The room itself is not huge, so things stay quite cozy. We have a small wooden bench for people to sit on while they wait their turn. Often, someone is just looking at their phone or flipping through an old magazine that has been sitting there for months. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us doing everything from answering the phone to mopping the floors at the end of the shift. It is a lot of work keeping a small clinic running. We see many families from the nearby apartments who stop by after work. We just try to keep things moving and help out however we can.
