We have been operating out of E-70 in the Phase-Vii Industrial Area for quite some time now. Most days are pretty similar here, just the usual routine of getting Adonis Medical Equipments Pvt Ltd orders ready and making sure everything is packed right. It gets a bit noisy in this part of the industrial area with all the trucks coming and going, but you get used to it after a few months. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the shelves. We spend most of our hours checking the machines and talking to the guys in the back. Sometimes it feels like we are always chasing the clock, especially when there is a big shipment due. People ask what we do, and we just tell them we make medical gear that hospitals use. It is straightforward work. We aren’t trying to be something we aren't. If you come by our spot in Phase-Vii, you’ll probably see us drinking tea or looking over a list of parts. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all known each other a long time. There is no corporate ladder or anything like that, just folks doing their jobs and going home to their families at the end of the day. It’s been a long road to get where we are, but we are still here, doing the same thing every morning.
