Worldwide Import & Export

We spend most of our time here at Shop No. 545 in Ward No. 17. It's right in the middle of Ram Ganj Mandi. The area stays busy from early morning with trucks coming and going. Sometimes it gets quite dusty, but that’s just how things are around here. We handle a lot of different items coming in and going out. Most days, you’ll find us checking boxes or sitting at the desk going over handwritten notes. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighbors know us, and we know them. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace with a few chairs and shelves. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for deliveries. The mandi noise is constant. You get used to the shouting and the engines. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything gets where it needs to go. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed. It's simple work but it keeps us busy. We try to keep things organized, though papers sometimes pile up on the old wooden table. If you're walking through the market, you might see us moving crates around. It's a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations because we're mostly focused on the goods. It works for us and we plan to stay here for a long time yet.
