Sharma Hospital

If you go down North Zira Road in Suraj Nagar, you’ll see our sign. It’s not a huge hospital, just a decent-sized building where we’ve been working for quite a while. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when people are trying to rest and recover. We get a lot of walk-ins from the nearby houses. The staff is a mix of older folks who have been here forever and some younger ones just starting out. We don't go in for fancy talk or expensive medical jargon unless it's necessary for the charts. We just tell people what's going on with their health in plain English. The lobby has some old magazines and a water cooler that sometimes leaks a bit, but it serves its purpose. We spend our money on the medicine and the tools rather than the paint on the walls. It’s a bit cramped in the pharmacy area, especially when the morning shift changes over, but we make it work. Living and working in Suraj Nagar means we see the same faces at the grocery store that we see in the exam rooms. It keeps us honest because we have to face our neighbors every day. We’re just here to provide a place for medical care without any of the extra fuss. North Zira Road is home for us, and the hospital is just where we spend our days.
