Sandhu Hospital

Sandhu Hospital is right in the middle of the Main Bazar area, which means there is always something going on outside our windows. We are situated very close to Hotel Dev, so if you can find the hotel, you are basically there. Being in the market means it’s always crowded with people buying things or just walking through. Our building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we do. We have a couple of floors here. The stairs are a bit narrow, so people have to be careful when they are going up and down. I usually spend most of my day in the back rooms or checking on the inventory we keep in the small storage cupboard. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, so we are always sweeping the floors. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. Most of our visitors are people who are already in the bazar for their shopping and decide to stop in. It feels like a very local place because we hear the bells from the temples and the vendors shouting their prices all day long. It isn't a quiet hospital like the ones you see in movies, but it is our place and we are used to the rhythm of the bazar. We stay open late most nights.
