Mahak Tour & Travels

Mahak Tour & Travels is located on Jamiat Singh Road in Moga. Our shop is just one of many along this road, and we have been here for a good amount of time. The office is quite simple with just the basic things we need to work. We handle a lot of local travel requests and people looking to book cars or tickets. Most of our customers are from the 142001 area and they often just walk in while they are out doing their errands. We keep a desk at the front and a few benches for people to sit. It’s usually a bit messy with papers and diaries where we keep track of bookings. We don’t really use any fancy software, just the usual stuff on the computer. The traffic on Jamiat Singh Road can be quite loud during the day, so we usually have the door closed. We know most of our regular customers by name and they know us. It’s a small operation, just us working through the day. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or changes, which is always a bit of a headache, but we manage. There is nothing special about the office, it’s just a place where we get things done. We usually close up in the evening once the sun goes down and the street gets quieter. Then we go home and do it all again the next day. It’s just how things are for a small shop like ours.
