L&T Ltd-Ecc Division

In Shimoga, Karnataka, you can find our ECC Division office at Basavanthrao Plot No. 5. We are located on the 5th Cross in P&T Colony, Vinobhanagar. It is a residential-feeling area, which makes coming to work feel a little less like a chore. The colony is usually quiet, except for the usual morning activity. We have set up shop here to handle the local project needs. It is a straightforward office with a few rooms filled with desks and cabinets. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you walk in, you will probably just see someone on a laptop or looking over some site photos. Shimoga is a beautiful place, and being in Vinobhanagar puts us right in the heart of the community. We get our work done without much fuss. There is a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites we manage. We are not interested in corporate polish. Our focus is on the actual construction and engineering work that needs to happen. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the neighborhood. It is a very human way of doing business. We know our neighbors and we know our job. Most of the time, we are just busy making sure the numbers add up and the materials arrive on time. It is steady work in a nice part of Karnataka.
