Jawar Orthopaedic Hospital

Jawar Orthopaedic Hospital is located in Moga, Punjab. We are specifically at 1401st no-1 in the Krishna Nagar area along Akalsar Road. Being an ortho place, we see a lot of people with leg problems or back pain. It’s hard for them to get around sometimes, so we see a lot of people limping through the doors. The hospital stays busy because bones are always breaking or hurting for one reason or another. We’ve got some beds and the usual equipment you’d expect for this kind of work. Punjab gets really hot in the summer, so we try to keep the inside decent for the patients. People come from the villages nearby too, not just city folks from Moga. We spend a lot of time talking to families about how to take care of things at home once they leave. Ortho work takes time and patience, people don't just get better in a day. We see the same people coming back for checkups for weeks or months. The staff here is used to the routine. We don't have any fancy waiting rooms with big TVs, just regular chairs and some old magazines. It's a place where work gets done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to switch things over to the generator, but that's just how it is here. We try to make sure everyone gets seen eventually. It’s a lot of standing and walking for us, which is a bit funny considering we fix legs for a living.
