Our place, Hemkunt Sood Refrigeration India, is located right opposite Chokha Complex at Gate 1 in Jawahar Nagar. It’s a straightforward office setup. The area around Chokha Complex is always buzzing, especially with people coming in and out of the main gate. Jawahar Nagar is one of those neighborhoods where everyone seems to be in a hurry. Our office is where we handle all the refrigeration business. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door. Inside, it's mostly desks, some files, and phones ringing. We deal with cooling systems and cooling units for different types of customers. Being near Gate 1 means we see all the delivery trucks and local traffic throughout the day. The building we are in is older, but it serves its purpose. We don't spend much on decorations; we just focus on the cooling jobs we have to finish. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions because of the Chokha Complex landmark. We just point them the right way and get back to our work. It gets a little cramped when we have a lot of paperwork or parts arriving, but we manage. The team here has been working together for a long time. We know the area well and the people around here know us too. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation in a busy part of the city. We keep things simple and practical. There is always a lot to do, and we just get on with it.
