Gupta Mobiles Private Limited is located over on Ram Ganj Road in Moga. If you know the area, we are in Street Number 5, right at Naveen Gupta’s place. It’s a busy part of town, and the street can get a bit narrow when there are too many bikes parked outside. We spend most of our time dealing with mobile phones and all the little issues that come with them. Moga is a place where everyone seems to be in a rush, so our day usually starts early and ends quite late. The shop isn’t very large, but we have enough room to keep our tools and parts organized, more or less. Sometimes the tea man from down the street comes by twice a day, which is the highlight of the afternoon. We have been in this spot for a while, so most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a local business where we try to keep things simple. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a customer comes in with a phone that’s been dropped in water, and we just do what we can. We don't make big promises, we just look at what needs to be fixed or sold and get on with it. Living and working in Moga means you see a lot of the same faces, which is nice.
