Golden Travel Advisor is located right at S.C.O 45-46 in the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Market. If you’re familiar with Moga, you’ll know we are directly opposite the Bus Stand. It’s probably one of the busiest spots in the whole town because of all the travelers coming in and out. We see people from all over the place every day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and talk about tickets and visas. Since the bus stand is right there, we get a lot of walk-ins who are just passing through and need a bit of advice. It can get pretty loud with the horns and the engines, but you get used to it after a week or two. We’ve been here for a good while, so we’ve seen the market change quite a bit. Usually, we’re just busy with the computer or talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but someone has to do it. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like we’re a huge company. We’re just a local Moga office trying to help folks get where they’re going. Sometimes we stay late when things get complicated with someone’s trip, but that’s just part of the job. Most people know us by now, which makes the days go by a bit faster. We just try to keep things moving along smoothly for everyone.
