Ess Pee Associates

You can find us on Ferozpur Road, right near the Kingswah Canal. It is a good spot because it is easy to explain to people who are trying to find the office. The canal is a nice landmark to have. The office here at Ess Pee Associates is quite simple. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the kettle for tea. It’s usually pretty dusty outside because of the road work and the traffic, but we keep the inside tidy enough. Most of our work involves sitting at these desks and going through files or talking to people who drop by for advice or business. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. It's just the kind of place where you walk in and find everyone working away. Lunchtime is usually the quietest hour, unless someone has brought something especially good to share. We have been here for some time now, so we know the other business owners nearby. The canal provides a bit of a breeze on the hotter days, which is nice. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because we’d rather just focus on the tasks at hand. It's a straightforward way of doing things, and it seems to work out fine for us and the people we work with every day.
