You can find us on Major Asha Ram Tyagi Road, situated right next to the Modinagar Paper Mills. Modinagar Rolls Ltd. is an old fixture in this industrial area. We spend our days working on large rolls and various heavy machine parts. The factory building is quite big because we need the space for our lathes and all the grinding equipment we use. It is a loud place to be, and you usually have to raise your voice just to be heard over the hum of the machines. The floor always has a bit of grease on it, and there is a constant smell of metal and coolant in the air. Our office is just a tiny corner of the building that we partitioned off so we have a place to sit and do the billing. It’s not a fancy space; it’s mostly just shelves filled with technical manuals and old blueprints. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. We just do our work and let people come to us when they need something repaired or manufactured. The road outside is often blocked with trucks going to the paper mills, which can make getting in and out a bit of a chore. We are a small team of technicians and laborers who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have any big meetings or corporate speeches. We just show up in the morning, do the manual work that needs doing, and close up the gates when the sun goes down.
