Om Electricals

We’ve been here at Om Electricals for quite a while now, sitting right on Hapur Road. If you know Bakharwa Road, then you’ve probably passed by our door once or twice. It’s a busy spot, mostly dusty from the traffic, but we like it here. My brother and I run the place. We started out with just a few boxes of wires and some bulbs, nothing fancy. People in the neighborhood know they can just walk in and ask for whatever they need. We don't have those big fancy displays you see in the city malls. It's just shelves piled high with electrical stuff. Sometimes the cat from next door comes in and sleeps on the counter, and we just let her stay. It gets a bit crowded when a lot of people come in at once because the shop isn't that big. Most days, we’re just chatting with the regulars who live around Bakharwa Road. We know most of the local electricians by name. They stop by for a tea and pick up supplies for their daily jobs. It’s not a complicated business. We keep what people need and try to remember who bought what last time. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows where we are. If the lights go out or a switch breaks, people just head over here. We try to keep things simple and honest.
