Our office is set up right on the Highway Road, near Sit Kendra in Idar. Since we are on the Himmatnagar Highway, we get to see everyone passing through, and it is a very busy spot to be in. We have been working from this location for quite a long time, mostly dealing with land and property matters for folks in the surrounding area. It is a bit of a dusty place because of all the trucks and cars on the highway, but we do not mind that much. Our team is small, just a few of us who know the local land records and the people who live in the nearby villages. We do not have any polished sales pitches or expensive advertisements. Most people find us because they have seen our office while driving by or because a friend told them to come to see us. We spend many hours out in the sun looking at different plots of land and checking the boundaries. It is practical work that requires us to be out of the office a lot. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing with the local authorities, but we just keep at it until it is sorted. We like the direct way of doing business where a handshake still means something to people. If you are ever driving down the highway toward Himmatnagar, you will probably see us. We are usually around in the mornings before it gets too hot. (256 words)
