Jh-Weltec Machines (India) Pvt. Ltd.

We’ve been here at Plot No. 410 on Road No. 10 for quite some time now. Being in the Gidc Estate in Kathwada means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial shops, so it gets pretty busy around here during the day. Jh-Weltec Machines (India) Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our hours, handling the daily work that comes with running a machinery business. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It's more of a practical space where things actually get done. If you walk down Road No. 10, you'll see our gate. Some days are loud because of the work going on, and other days are a bit quieter when we are just catching up on paperwork or organizing the floor. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around long enough to know the local tea stall owners by name. We don't really do big speeches or complicated plans. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work on the machines. It’s what we know. Sometimes the power goes out or the trucks get stuck in the estate traffic, but that’s just life in Kathwada. We keep the place running because this is our livelihood. There’s no big corporate mystery to it. Just people at a plot in the GIDC area doing their jobs every day.
