Arihant Industries

Arihant Industries is based in Modasa, right on Plot No. 39 in the GIDC area of Ganeshpur. Modasa is a smaller town, so things move a bit slower here than they do in the big cities like Ahmedabad. We like it that way. Our factory is a basic setup where we handle various industrial tasks. We’ve been part of the Ganeshpur GIDC for a long time, and we know almost everyone else on our street. It’s the kind of place where you can borrow a tool from your neighbor if you’re in a pinch. Inside our gates, it’s mostly just the sounds of the machinery and the workers talking. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and get the work done. The floor is usually covered in some dust or scrap, but we try to sweep it out every evening. Our office is just a small cabin at the corner of the shed with a fan that squeaks a little. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about appearances. Most of our staff have been living in Modasa their whole lives. We started this business to provide for our families and keep things running steady. It’s a simple, honest life we have here at Arihant Industries, just doing our part in the local industrial scene without any big airs or graces.
