Since we are in a rural part of UP, things move at their own pace. We don't try to rush things too much. If a member comes in to talk, we sit down and listen. Sometimes the tea runs out, but we always have a chair for a guest. Our address is easy to find if you are familiar with the Jalalpur area. We like being part of the Mirzapur community. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of things in the ledger. We don't use many big computers or flashy screens. Just a steady routine every day. The 231304 area is where we live and work. It’s practical. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just open the doors and handle the business that comes our way. It's an honest day's work for us here. The heat in the summer can be a lot, but we manage.
