RULER MICRO NIDHI LIMITED

Our small office is located at house number 011 in Village Garaudi. It is right on Sharma Road, under the Adalhat post office here in Mirzapur. We are a micro nidhi, which basically means we deal with small amounts of money for the local people. In a place like this, people don't always have access to big financial institutions. We wanted to change that by being right in the middle of the village. It is not a fancy setup. We have some wooden desks and a lot of paper records. We think it’s better that way because people feel more comfortable coming in. We don't wear suits or use big words that nobody understands. We are just villagers ourselves. If someone wants to save a few hundred rupees a month, they come to us. We also help with small loans when someone needs to fix their tractor or buy supplies for their shop. Mirzapur can be a tough place to make a living, so we try to be a helpful presence. The office stays busy with people stopping by for a chat even when they don't have business to do. We like being part of the social fabric here. It is just a simple, honest way to help our neighbors get ahead. We do our work, keep our heads down, and stay true to the people of Garaudi.
