We are located in Sahaspura Purshottampur, which is right near the Parshodha Bus Stand on NH7 in Chunar. Being so close to the highway means there is always dust and the sound of trucks zooming past. It’s a very practical place to be for an ecoenergy company. We have a decent amount of space here which is good because solar panels and equipment take up a lot of room. Most days we are out in the sun or working in the yard. It can get very hot during the summer months but we just deal with it. The bus stand nearby makes it easy for people to find us if they are coming from out of town. We keep a small office area for the paperwork and some chairs for visitors who want to sit for a minute. It’s a bit of a rugged setup, not like the shiny offices you see in the big cities. We wear sturdy boots and practical clothes because we’re always moving stuff around or fixing things. People around here know us as the folks who work with the sun. We don’t have any fancy sales pitch, we just show people how the stuff works and let them decide. In the evenings, things quiet down a bit when the highway traffic thins out. We usually pack up around six and head home after making sure everything is locked up tight against the highway dust.
