We are based out in Mirzapur, in a place called Chapaur Kalan near Bhatauli Ghat. The address is care of Laxmi Shanker. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here if you aren't from the local area. Maa Vindhyawasini Integrated Faculty Management Private Limited is what we call the business. It’s a mouthful, we know. We work in faculty management and related things. The office is very simple, just a regular building in the village area. It’s quiet out here compared to the big cities in Uttar Pradesh. We don't have a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a couple of rooms where we manage our staff and the projects we have going on. The local people know where we are. We have been part of this community for a while. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to send emails, but we get things done eventually. Mirzapur has its own pace, and we fit right into it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just do the management work that is required. It's a lot of paperwork and talking to people on the phone. We have a small desk and a few chairs for when people come by to visit. It’s a humble setup but it serves its purpose for us and the people we work with every day in the district. It is just a normal office in a normal village.
