Kunj Bihari Lal Radhey Shyam Metals Pvt. Ltd. is situated over in Polari Tola. It is out near Mirzapur, not too far from National Highway Number 2. Being close to the highway makes it much easier for the trucks to get in and out, which is a good thing for a metal business like ours. We spend a lot of our time dealing with heavy stuff. It is often noisy and a bit dusty, but that is just how it is when you are working with metals all day. The team here is mostly local guys from the village and other nearby areas. We start early in the morning when it is still a bit cool outside. By noon, the sun is hitting the roof and it gets pretty warm in the shed. We do not have fancy air conditioning or big meeting rooms here. We usually just talk over a cup of chai in the yard or near the machines.
