We’re based out of E-178 in the Hindalco Administrative Colony in Renukoot. If you know this part of Uttar Pradesh, you know it’s pretty remote. Sonebhadra is known for its hills and the industry here. Our office is part of the housing colony, so it feels very lived-in. It’s not like a city office at all. There’s grass outside, and people are always coming and going. We handle the admin side of the massive plant nearby. It’s a lot of paper, a lot of signatures, and a lot of talking to people face-to-face. We don’t really use fancy language because there’s no point. Everyone here knows what the job is. We’ve been part of the Renukoot community for decades. The buildings are older, but they’ve seen a lot of history. It gets very cold in the winter and incredibly hot in the summer, but we just keep going. It’s a simple life, focused on production and keeping the colony running. We aren't trying to sell anything to anyone from this office. We’re just here to make sure the gears keep turning. You’ll find us drinking tea and discussing the day's problems. It’s a humble place, and we’re fine with that. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done. There are no corporate slogans on our walls, just the daily schedule and some old photos of the plant.
