Global Floor Furnishers

We are located at Sureka Mansion on Budhenath Marg. It is an old building that has been around for ages, and we have been in this spot for a good portion of that time. Dealing with floor furnishings means that the space is almost always crowded with heavy rolls of carpet and stacks of flooring samples. There isn't much room to walk around some days, especially when a new delivery has just arrived and we haven't had a chance to put everything away yet. The air usually smells a bit like wool and sometimes like the adhesives used for tiles. It is physical work, and by the time evening comes, my back usually feels the weight of the day. Budhenath Marg is a busy street with plenty of people passing by, so there is always something to look at out the front door. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright spotlights or anything like that. We just have our samples out where people can touch them and see what they think. The office part is just a desk covered in notes and old calendars. We have a few guys who help with the heavy lifting and the installations. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the city; we just want to do a decent job so that people are satisfied with their floors. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living and we have stuck with it for years.
