Equitas Insta Micrope Foundation

Equitas Insta Micrope Foundation is located in Vill-Rampurbaraho, which is part of the Rajgarh Mirzapur area. We are set up at Prabhash Kumar Singh’s place. It’s a rural spot, very different from the big cities like Noida or Lucknow. Life moves a bit slower here in the village. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a sturdy building where we keep our papers and meet with folks. We spend a lot of time out and about because that’s how things get done in this part of Uttar Pradesh. The post office is in Semara Baraho, so we go there quite a bit for mail. Being in a village means we know almost everyone who walks by. We don't have fancy lights or air conditioning that works all the time, but we have a good roof and plenty of space. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just run the foundation and try to stay organized. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough getting here, especially when it rains. But we like it here. It’s our home and our workplace. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who handle the daily chores and keep the records straight. It’s just regular village life mixed with the work of the foundation. We do what we can with what we have and don't make any big claims about being the best. It's just us doing our bit.
