You can find Sourav Food & Agro Pvt. Ltd. over at F 1 in the Sarang Commercial Complex. We are right on Shivaji Road, which is always packed with people and cars. It's easy to spot us because we are directly opposite the Vita Merchant Bank and quite close to the Shivshankar Theatre. It’s a lively part of town to be in. Our daily routine involves a lot of talk about food supplies and agricultural products. The office is usually filled with the smell of whatever samples we are checking that day. We have been in this complex for a few years and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there's a new movie playing at the theatre and the crowds gather outside. We don't mind it much. Inside our space, there are desks piled with ledgers and bags of grain or pulses. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the quality is what it should be. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but we are used to them by now. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just run our food business and try to do right by the people we work with every day. It's a lot of work but it's what we do.
