We are located at Plot No. C-45/2 in the MIDC Area. Fine Spavy Associates & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. It’s full of heavy tools and engineering parts. You won’t find any polished floors or corporate art here. Instead, there’s usually a bit of grease on the tiles and the smell of cut metal in the air. Working on various engineering projects and keeping the machines running takes up all our time. A lot of manual labor and checking measurements is involved. Our office is just a small partitioned space in the corner for handling the billing and the drawings. This MIDC area stays busy with workers and trucks moving gear around. Starting early before the sun gets too high is the best way to work. Everyone here wears work boots and gets their hands dirty. Marketing teams or fancy ads don't exist in our world. People know us because we’ve been in this plot for years and we handle their engineering needs without making a fuss. Staying late to finish a specific job happens often, but that’s just how engineering goes. Our small crew has all worked together for a long time. It’s a tough environment but the work is satisfying. Focus stays on the drawings and the metal. We don't have time for fancy talk or presentations. We just build what is needed.
