Duttaguru Ayurvedic Center

You will find our center, Duttaguru Ayurvedic Center, located inside the Pawar Bungalow on Shivaji Road. It is an old residential building that we have converted into a space for our Ayurvedic work. Because it is a bungalow, it has a very different feel than a modern medical clinic. It is a bit more relaxed and homey, which I think people appreciate. The smell of different herbs and oils is quite strong as soon as you step through the door. We have been working with traditional methods here for quite a while. Shivaji Road is a very busy part of town with a lot of noise and people, but once you are inside the gates of the bungalow, it feels much quieter. We have several rooms where we do consultations and carry out the various treatments. We spend a lot of time talking with people about their daily habits and their health. Our shelves are lined with all sorts of jars and containers filled with natural ingredients. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It is mostly just us and the patients. We don't do any big advertising; people usually find us because a friend or a family member told them to come here. It is a slow way of working, but that is how Ayurveda is supposed to be. We open up early in the morning and stay until the evening. It is a simple, traditional way of looking at health in a very busy city.
