Thar & Co.

Thar & Co. is based out of Bhayandar East, specifically in the New Panchratan Co-operative Housing Society. We are in unit 305. It’s a typical residential-commercial mix building in Thane with the pin code 401105. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The area is always buzzing with people and traffic, especially being on the East side. Our office isn't very large, just a regular 305 room number where we handle our business. We don't have any polished receptionists or fancy carpets. It’s just a place with desks and chairs where we get through the daily pile of work. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses or families living in the society. It makes for a very grounded atmosphere for us. We like being in Bhayandar because it’s well-connected and everyone knows where the New Panchratan building is. If you're coming to see us at Thar & Co., you just head up to the third floor. It’s a very human way to run a business. No corporate fluff, just us doing what we do in this little corner of Thane. The sun hits the windows in the afternoon and it gets a bit warm, but we've got fans. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup that works for us and has worked for many years. We just keep our heads down and keep the company going from this spot.
