Sunshine Chemo Trades

We operate out of E-202 in the Rashmi Drashtant building, which is over in Mangal Nagar on Meera Road East. It’s more of an apartment-style setup, so it doesn’t look like a traditional business from the outside. You have to go through the main gate and find our wing. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and it works out well for us because it’s relatively quiet, which helps when we’re trying to focus on the numbers and the trade details. Sunshine Chemo Trades is basically just a few desks and a lot of paperwork. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. Most of our work is done over the phone or through email, so we don't get many walk-in visitors. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you hear the sounds of families and kids playing in the evenings. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but usually, it’s fine. We keep the space pretty simple. There are files stacked in the corners and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Meera Road East is a growing area, so there’s always some construction happening nearby, which can be a bit noisy during the day. We just pull the windows shut and keep going. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a big commercial building. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure our logs are updated correctly.
