You’ll find us at Mad Ventures over at the Nikisha Industrial Estate on Mira Road East. We are up on the second floor of Building Number 2. It’s a busy area, especially being so close to the Western Express Highway. There is always a lot of movement around here, trucks coming in and out, and people moving crates. Our space is pretty typical for an industrial estate. We have concrete floors and high ceilings. It gets quite warm in the summer, so we have a few big fans going all the time. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses in the building. Pandurangwadi is a crowded spot, but it’s good for getting things moved. We spend our days handling the logistics of whatever is on the schedule. It’s not a quiet library type of office. There’s always someone talking or the sound of machinery from downstairs. We keep a fridge in the corner for cold water which is a lifesaver. Our desks are usually covered in notes and reminders. It’s a bit messy at times, but we know where everything is. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work finished so we can head home before the highway traffic gets too backed up in the evening.
