Galaxy Lifters

You can find our main office at Rohan Nishant Apartment, specifically A/704, which is over near Shanti Park in Mira Road East. It’s a residential area, so it’s quieter than the spots where we actually do most of our work. Galaxy Lifters is a small operation. We focus on getting equipment to people who need to move heavy loads. Most of our days aren't spent in the office; we’re usually out checking on sites or looking at the gear. It started as a small idea and grew because people around here always need things lifted. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's mostly just us answering the phone and coordinating where the machines need to go next. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, especially when two people need a lifter at the same time and we only have one available. We try to be fair and just tell people how it is. If a machine is down for maintenance, we say so. No point in making promises we can't keep. The apartment office is where we handle the bills and the boring stuff, but the real work happens out in the sun. We’ve had to learn a lot about different types of machinery over the years. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes the hours are long, but we like the challenge of a difficult lift. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living. It keeps us grounded and busy.
