Started the day early here at Sai Dham Building. We are up on the fourth floor, room 401/A, right on Modi Patel Road in Bhayandar West. It’s one of those buildings where everyone knows everyone else. Most days, the hallway is quiet until the afternoon when things really pick up. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the office has that lived-in feel with stacks of papers and desks that have seen better days. It isn’t a fancy corporate setup with glass walls and modern art. It’s just a regular space where we get our work done. Outside, the road is always a bit noisy with people heading toward the station or just going about their errands. We usually have the windows open if it’s not too dusty, letting in the sounds of the neighborhood. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout to the fourth floor. People just drop by when they need something, and we usually have a pot of tea going in the back. It’s a practical way to run things. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the lobby looks or if the furniture matches perfectly. The focus is always on the files on the desk and the person sitting across from us. It’s a local spot, through and through. Nothing too complicated about how we operate here. Just D.N.Patel & Associates, doing what we do every day.
