We’ve been at Shop No 24 in Shanti Plaza for quite some time now. Being right opposite the Bank of India makes it easy for folks to find us when they’re out doing their errands in Shanti Park. The building is number 37, just in case you’re looking at the signs. It gets busy around here, especially in the mornings, but we like the pace. Dealing with herbs and chemicals means we spend a lot of our day checking boxes and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular shop where we do our work. Some days the traffic on Mira Road East is a real headache, but that’s just how it is. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts coming down hard. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s always someone around to help out if a customer walks in with a specific list. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just know we're here because they walk past us every day on their way to the bank or the market. It's a tight space with all the stock we keep, but we know where every single bottle and packet is located. It's just a normal day-to-day business for us here in Mira Road. We try to stay organized, even when things get a bit cluttered during deliveries. We are just a group of people doing our best.
