C. A. Soi & Company

C. A. Soi & Company is situated in units B-7 and 8 at the Om Sai Industrial Estate on Mira-Bhayandar Road in Bhayandar East. It’s a very prominent road, so we get to see a lot of the local traffic and the general busyness of the area every day. We’ve been operating out of these two units for a long time now. The space inside is a bit of a mix; part of it is set up for office work with desks and computers, and the rest is for our more hands-on activities. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. There are usually stacks of paper and various materials scattered around, as we tend to have several projects going at once. We are a small team, and we don't really go for fancy titles or a strict hierarchy. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. If a shipment arrives, we all help out. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Bhayandar East has grown so much since we first moved here, but our corner of the Om Sai Industrial Estate has stayed pretty much the same. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to sound like a huge company. We just focus on the work our clients give us and try to do a decent job of it. It’s a simple, honest business, and we like the direct way we get to work with people.
