We operate out of 1/178 Greenfield. It’s a bit of a mix here, handling maritime services and some trading on the side. The office is really just a room with some desks and a lot of maps and shipping schedules pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time dealing with paperwork for boats and cargo. It’s not the kind of job where you stay at the desk all day though; we are often out at the docks or meeting people to talk about shipments. The Greenfield area is relatively calm, which is nice when we have to focus on the technical bits of maritime rules. We’ve been doing this for several years now. It’s a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking on the inventory. Sometimes things get stressful when a shipment is delayed, but that's just how the sea works. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything, just the address on the door. It’s a practical way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. People who need our help usually find us through the industry contacts we've made over the years. We just focus on getting the cargo where it needs to go and making sure the paperwork is in order so there aren't any delays at the port. Sometimes we grab coffee at the corner stand while waiting for news.
