Our branch is located right by the Post Office in Changual, along National Highway 60. Being on the highway means we see a lot of traffic passing by all day. Tractors India Limited has a fair bit of space here because the machines we deal with are huge. It’s not like a normal shop; it’s more of a yard with a small office building on the side. The ground is mostly gravel and dirt, so it stays pretty rugged. We spend most of our time out in the yard checking the equipment or talking to the mechanics. It gets quite hot under the sun, so we tend to drink a lot of tea in the shade. The office inside is simple—just some metal cupboards and a few desks where we keep the logs. We don't do much in the way of decoration. It's a practical place for people who work with their hands. Most of the folks who stop by are drivers or site managers looking for parts. We’ve been part of this landscape for a while, and the highway noise has just become background music to us. We just keep our heads down and make sure the tractors are ready to move when they’re needed. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the mud gets everywhere when it rains, but we just keep going.
