Sbs Construction

We are located out in the village of Kukrahati in Purba Medinipur. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. To find Sbs Construction, you just have to ask for the post office area since the village is small. We don't have a formal street address like people do in the city. The office is a simple building with a tin roof. When it rains, it gets very loud inside and we have to raise our voices to hear each other. We spend a lot of our time outside on different sites, but this is where we keep all our tools and records. The ground around the office is mostly dirt and gravel. In the summer, the air gets very hot and we keep the doors wide open to get a breeze. There are some trees nearby that provide a bit of shade in the afternoons. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We’ve known each other for years. We don't have a computer that works all the time, so we still write a lot of things down in notebooks. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we go for breaks. It’s a very basic way of working, but it’s what we know. Life moves a bit slower in Purba Medinipur. We take our time and make sure things are done right without much fuss or overcomplicating the day.
