Bera Agriculture Horticulture Private Limited is located out in Chatra Ramtarakhat Purba. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main city areas, but we like it out here where there is more space for the plants. We spend a lot of time looking at the soil and worrying about the rain. That is just part of the job when you deal with growing things. The sun gets really hot in the middle of the day, so we usually try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. It is not a very quiet place because there is always some tractor or something running in the background. We have a few people working here who have been around since the start. Everyone just knows what they have to do. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. It is better than sitting in a small room all day. We just focus on the plants and the trees and making sure everything is healthy. It takes a lot of patience to see results, but that is how horticulture goes. We just keep at it day after day because that is what the land requires.
