Our place is Food Library Restaurants Llp. We are located at 1380/926 Ward No 34, specifically in the Prem Bazar area of the Hijli Co Op Society. This is in Kharagpur, which most people know from the railway or the college. Midnapur is the bigger area we fall under. It’s a busy part of the society here. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. It’s a decent neighborhood and the people around Ward 34 are mostly families and students. We don’t really go in for any of that corporate talk. We are just a local restaurant group trying to keep things running smoothly. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find Prem Bazar, it’s not too hard to spot us. We spend a lot of time here, often from early morning until late at night. There is always something to clean or an inventory to check. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have a fancy office or a big board of directors. It’s just a few of us making decisions on the fly. We like being in Kharagpur. It has a specific feel to it that you don’t get in the bigger cities. We’re just happy to be a small part of the local scene here. It’s a good way to make a living and we appreciate the neighbors who stop by.
