You can find us at 158 Pet Road. It is a straightforward spot, and we have been here for a while now. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but most people in the neighborhood know where we are. We do not have a big staff, just Satish and a couple of others who help out with the daily tasks and paperwork. It is the kind of place where the door is usually left open unless it is raining hard outside. We do various types of work depending on what the local folks need from us. There is always a bit of clutter on the main desk, like papers, old pens, and half-empty coffee mugs. We do not spend much money on decorating the place because we are usually too busy actually working. Sometimes the phone rings and nobody can find it under the piles of files. It is a bit chaotic, but we know where everything is. We do not have any fancy mission statements or big corporate goals. We just want to do the job right so people come back next time they need something. We have seen the street change quite a bit over the years, but our routine stays mostly the same. We open up in the morning, handle the paperwork, talk to the people who stop by, and head home in the evening. If you are looking for us, just look for the old building.
