Khandelwal Diesels

Being near the bus stand on Mhow Road means there is always noise and people moving around. Khandelwal Diesels is located inside the Subhash Chandra Bose Complex, which is a big building with a lot of different offices and shops. Our spot is pretty easy to get to once you're in the area. We deal with diesel engines and parts, mostly just the usual things that keep trucks and generators going. The morning usually starts with a tea from the stall nearby while we wait for the first customers to show up. Since the bus stand is so close, we get a lot of people passing by who are in a hurry. The complex itself is quite old and has that lived-in feel to it. We have shelves full of heavy metal parts and the smell of oil is always around, which is expected for a place like ours. It’s not the cleanest job, but it’s what we do. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. It’s about having the right part when someone’s engine breaks down and they’re stuck. We’ve been at this Mhow Road location for some time now, and we know most of the other shopkeepers in the complex. It’s a community of sorts. Every day is a mix of phone calls, looking up part numbers, and moving heavy boxes. It’s just regular work for us here at Khandelwal Diesels.
