Our shop is at Plot No 54 in Krishnapura. We are pretty easy to find because the Bhuteshwar Mahadev Temple is right nearby. You can hear the temple bells ringing in the mornings and evenings, which is a nice change from the usual clatter of hardware and chemical drums. We keep a lot of different things in stock, from basic tools to more specific chemical supplies that people in the area need. The shop is a bit of a jumble, to be honest. We try to keep things organized on the shelves, but new stock arrives and just gets tucked into whatever space is left. There’s usually a faint smell of solvents or paint in the air. It’s a local neighborhood, so we know most of the people who walk in. They aren't looking for anything fancy, just a few bolts or a bucket of something for a project. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is hidden. Sometimes we sit on the bench outside when things are slow and watch the people going to the temple. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when a big delivery truck is trying to navigate the narrow plot entrance. We just do our best to get people what they need and keep the shop running. It’s a simple business and we like being part of the community here.
