Ishita Architectural Consultancy

We are located at 363 Plouden Road, right above Dr. Nejha Singh’s clinic. If you find the clinic, you have found us. You just have to head up the stairs to get to our office. It is a straightforward consultancy where we deal with all the typical architectural stuff. The office is a bit cramped sometimes because of all the physical models and stacks of paper we keep around. Since we are right above a clinic, it is usually pretty quiet except for the sounds of the road outside. We spend a lot of time hunched over drawing boards or staring at computer screens. It is not a polished corporate environment. We have some old filing cabinets and a water cooler that makes a weird noise every now and then. People come to us when they need a plan drawn up or some advice on a building project. We try to be helpful and just give them the facts. Being on Plouden Road is good because it is a central spot for many of our clients to visit. We don't have any fancy marketing materials to show you. Usually, we just show people our previous sketches or current work on the desk. It is just us doing our job in this little space above the doctor's office. We like the routine of coming in and figuring out how to make a building work on paper before any bricks get laid.
