V L Builders

You can find us at 67 Karamadai, which is right near the International School in Ram Nagar. V L Builders has been working out of this area for a while, and we’ve seen a lot of houses go up and down these streets. Our office is usually covered in a bit of dust because that just comes with the territory when you’re dealing with bricks and cement all day. We spend half our time at the desk and the other half out at the sites making sure the walls are straight. It’s a lot of coordination with the guys and making sure the materials show up when they’re supposed to, which doesn’t always happen on time. Being near the school means it gets pretty loud around three in the afternoon with all the buses and parents, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t do anything too fancy, just solid building work for people who need it. Ram Nagar is a nice place to be based, and we know most of the neighbors by name. Sometimes people just stop by the office to ask a quick question about a wall or a roof, and we don't mind chatting for a bit. It’s a practical business, and we take pride in just getting the job done right without any unnecessary drama. There’s always something to fix or build, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year.
