Penguin Apparels Private Limited is located out in Kapalur. We’ve been here for quite some time now, just doing our thing in the garment trade. It's a straightforward setup where we focus on getting the sewing done and keeping the orders moving. Kapalur is a quiet enough place for a factory, and we have a decent group of people from the local area who come in every shift. It’s not a shiny corporate office or anything like that. It’s mostly just rows of tables, sewing kits, and stacks of finished goods ready to be packed up. We have our good days and our bad days like any other business. Sometimes a machine breaks down or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or fix it ourselves. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big advertisements. Most people who know us just know us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our name around Kapalur for years. We handle the cutting, the stitching, and the finishing all under one roof. It gets hot during the summer months but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking the seams or making sure the labels are straight. We just try to stay consistent and keep everyone employed. It’s honest work and it keeps us all occupied from Monday to Saturday, year after year, without much change to our daily routine here.
