Kanis Engineering Works

Kanis Engineering Works is tucked away in Arasur, over in the Sulur Taluk area. Our address is No. 5/240/49B on Lotus Avenue. We are pretty close to the Power House on Annure Main Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, which actually makes it a bit quieter for us to work. We’ve been doing engineering work here for a long time. The workshop is a basic building where we keep our lathes and milling machines. It’s not a high-tech facility with glass walls, just a regular place with grease on the floor and tools on the walls. The guys who work here are from the nearby villages. They are good with their hands and don't need much supervision. We handle a variety of engineering jobs, mostly involving metal components. Some days we are very busy with big batches, and other days we are just doing small repair jobs for local farmers or factories. We don't have a fancy website or a secretary to answer the phones. Usually, someone just picks up while they are in the middle of something. We like the way we do things because it’s straightforward. We work hard, we take our breaks under the shade of the trees outside, and we try to get the parts out on time. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here in Arasur. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a decent service to our customers.
