If you find the HDFC Bank, you’ve basically found us. Narendra Tours And Travels is right across the street. It’s a small office with a couple of desks and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend most of the day on the phone or talking to people who walk in wanting to go somewhere. Some days it’s quiet and I just sit here watching the bank customers come and go. Other days, everyone wants to book a trip at the same time and it gets a bit hectic. We handle car rentals and plan out routes for people who don't want to drive themselves. I’ve lived here a long time so I know the roads pretty well. The traffic outside can get a bit much during lunch hour. We don't have a big flashy sign, just the usual setup. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait to finish a booking, which is annoying but we manage. People usually want to know the cheapest way to get to the next town or a good spot for a family outing. We just give them the straight talk on what's possible and what isn't. It’s not a complicated business, just helping people get from one place to another without too much fuss. I keep a pot of coffee going most mornings. It's just a regular local spot for travel stuff.
